Yamadaya Co., Ltd. is a confectionery company with over 150 years of history in Ehime, Japan. At this exhibition, we present our signature “Yamadaya Manju” and our premium sweet red bean dessert, “KIRA – Meisui Shiruko,” showcasing the harmony of tradition and innovation.
Yamadaya Manju is known for its exceptionally thin outer layer and smooth, refined red bean paste. From the careful selection of azuki beans to precise control of texture and moisture, we pursue a delicate melt-in-the-mouth experience. Our craftsmanship preserves time-honored techniques while meeting modern quality and safety standards.
“KIRA – Meisui Shiruko” is crafted with pure spring water from Ehime and carefully selected azuki beans. Designed with a lighter finish and balanced sweetness, it appeals to a wide range of customers, including international markets. Its shelf-stable format also supports global distribution.
At our booth, we will introduce our commitment to ingredient quality, texture control, packaging design for overseas markets, and collaboration opportunities. We aim not only to share traditional Japanese sweets, but also to expand the global appreciation of azuki bean culture.

Crafted exclusively with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and finished with pure water from the Shikoku Karst.
Founded in 1867, Yamadaya’s fifth-generation head devoted his lifelong dedication to preserving our craft through a closely guarded family tradition. The result is a refined “oshiruko” that is especially delicious when served chilled.
Please refrigerate well before serving. For an added indulgence, we recommend topping it with vanilla or matcha ice cream to create a refreshing dessert float.

Founded in 1867 (Keio 3), Yamadaya has preserved its traditional flavor through a closely guarded family succession, passed down from one generation to the next.
Made with carefully selected Hokkaido-grown azuki beans, our smooth red bean paste is meticulously refined and wrapped in an exceptionally thin layer of dough. These bite-sized manju are characterized by their moderate sweetness and clean, refreshing finish.
During the summer, we recommend enjoying them frozen for a different texture and flavor experience.
