Kohfukuya's mission is to bring "enriched living" to our customers, and we offer coffee that will brighten up your time at home. Our signature product is "Snow-aged Coffee," which is aged in a snow room in Shirakawa-go for the winter. These beans, which are mellowed by the power of nature, are developed into coffee beans, drip bags, cold brew, and coffee jelly. We value storytelling and differentiation, and are happy to accommodate a variety of requests, including OEM.

This unsweetened liquid coffee is made with a carefully selected blend for a deep, wine-like flavor, and is filtrated using Hokkaido's melted water (Yotei water). It's luxuriously packaged in a sparkling wine bottle with a specially selected iced coffee blend, creating an uplifting feeling.
It's a straight-up coffee, so you can chill it and drink it right away. It's available in two flavors: bitter and sweet.

This iced coffee is made by blending snow-aged single-origin coffee through three stages of roasting to expand the range of flavors, then cold-brewing it with Hokkaido meltwater. Made with a single brand of coffee beans, this special coffee is bursting with the unique character of specialty coffee, the mellowness of snow-aged coffee, and the minerality of meltwater. It's a straight-up drink, so you can chill it and drink it right away.

These coffee beans are aged in the snow of Shirakawa-go, a region with heavy snowfall, during the winter, bringing out a mellow aroma and a soft mouthfeel.
To make it easier to experience the characteristics of snow aging, we have created a product using straight beans from each region, rather than blending them. The selected coffee beans are either premium coffee or single origin, which are imported on a stable basis, so that you can enjoy high-quality coffee.
[Taste] Konayuki: Konayuki has a smooth and refreshing taste, and is a coffee with a bitter and acidic taste and a transparent aftertaste. Watayuki: Watayuki has a fluffy and mellow taste, and is a full-bodied coffee with a silky sweetness.
