We warmly invite you to experience the distinctive flavor of stiky rice from Uonuma, Niigata.

Exhibit Product These are handmade frozen rice products made with stiky rice grown in Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture. We specialize in direct-from-producer transactions.

A richly flavored satoyama specialty that evokes the nostalgic taste of one’s hometown.
[Kitsune Fuku]
Inari-style sushi made with stiky rice.
[Sasakaze Komachi]
Chimaki-style stiky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves, featuring eel, Japanese pepper, and the rich food culture of Uonuma, Niigata.

All ingredients, seasonings, and even the bamboo leaves used for packaging are sourced domestically, with an emphasis on local production.

We will introduce approximately 20 products.
By combining different product varieties (flavors) and packaging styles, they can be used for a wide range of occasions. In addition to mail-order sales and catalog gifts, they are ideal for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and buffet-style events. Simply thaw using a steamer, hot water bath, or microwave to enjoy a freshly prepared taste with ease.
Products can be freely combined to suit the concept, regional preferences, and sales format of each company planning to offer them.
