We are exhibiting frozen sashimi made from domestic wild fish that has been 3D flash frozen and vacuum packed to maintain the quality of the raw fish, a gluten-free, no-MSG nori tsukudani series, salted mackerel made from domestic mackerel, and mackerel saikyo miso.
