SUGIYO Co., Ltd. is a long-established processed seafood company founded in 1640, and the pioneer behind the world’s first imitation crab. For nearly 400 years, we have combined traditional craftsmanship with innovation to deliver trusted and health-conscious seafood products from Noto, Ishikawa, Japan to the world.
At this exhibition, we will showcase products tailored for global markets. Since establishing our U.S. factory, SUGIYO U.S.A., INC. in Washington State in 1986, and launching our overseas department in 2006, we have built a strong track record of exports to over 10 countries across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. We are committed to developing products that meet local tastes and dietary preferences, offering customized solutions for diverse food cultures.
Our booth will feature premium imitation crab and other surimi-based products, with tasting opportunities available.
We are certified under HACCP, JFS-B, and FSSC22000 standards, ensuring strict hygiene and safety throughout our production process.
