Cheng Tai Foods Co., Ltd. inherits traditional black soybean fermentation techniques and specializes in professional soy-based brewing.
With a 2,000-ping (approx. 6,600 m²) manufacturing facility and advanced production lines, we are able to accommodate a wide range of customized requirements.
Our factory is certified with both HACCP and ISO 22000, and is equipped with high- and low-temperature sterilization technologies and facilities.
All products are preservative-free and have a shelf life of 2–3 years at room temperature.
We offer a diverse product portfolio including soy sauces, meat products, seafood products, and vegetarian items.
Product design and development can be tailored according to your company’s specific needs.
To date, we have served over 300 OEM/ODM brands in Taiwan and international markets.
We provide OEM and ODM services, covering product R&D, formulation, manufacturing, and packaging design, as well as assistance with regulatory compliance and export requirements for target markets.
Our existing sauces are also available for private label production.

1. Toon Sauce:
A vegan condiment made with toon leaves, mushrooms and fermented black beans.
2. Mushroom Sauce:
A vegan sauce made from mushrooms, Cheng Tai soy sauce.
3. Ginger Shallot Squid Sauce:
Cheng Tai exclusive product. Diced squid stir-fried with shallots, aged ginger, and Cheng Tai soy sauce. Perfect with rice.
4. Shallot Confit Sauce:
A Taiwan’s traditional sauces (vegan), ideal for stir-fried noodles or mixed vegetables.
5. Sesame Oil Ginger Paste:
A vegan condiment made with ginger, sesame oil, and Cheng Tai soy sauce.
6. Caviar:
A rich seafood-flavored condiment made with fish roe and shrimp oil.
7. Fermented Black Beans:
Made from fermented black soybeans. Rich aroma, bold flavor, and a perfectly balanced texture.
8. Braised Pork Sauce:
A classic Taiwanese sauce made by braising pork and shallots with Cheng Tai soy sauce. Simply serve over steamed rice to enjoy authentic Taiwanese braised pork rice.
