Founded in the late Meiji period, we brew sake using locally sourced ingredients from Tochigi Prefecture, where our brewery is located. Beyond sake, we also produce and sell a wide range of products including shochu and liqueurs. We manufacture many alcoholic beverages using a yeast strain called “Flower Yeast,” isolated and developed from natural flowers. We create and sell products designed to be enjoyable even for those new to drinking alcohol.

We have a proven track record in convenience stores, mass retailers, drugstores, tourist souvenirs, theme parks, and more. We develop over 100 new items annually! We offer a wide range of products, including rice crackers, French fries, deep-fried tuna, rice flour pasta snacks, potato chips,
crackers, biscuits, gummies, chocolate, and more. We are also actively involved in product development that will excite our customers, such as collaborations with food manufacturers, restaurants, and popular characters.
Exhibit Product We can flexibly propose lots and flavors for a wide range of customers, from major convenience stores, drugstores, and mass retailers to OEM tourist souvenirs. We are also known for our speed, able to turn around proposals in as little as one to two weeks, from planning request to prototype submission, and have a track record of releasing over 100 new products per year. We also actively, rather than passively, undergo audits by each retailer's quality control department, thereby constantly improving our quality control capabilities. We are capable of manufacturing a wide range of products beyond rice crackers, including wheat crackers, cornstarch, potato snacks, pasta snacks, crackers, and gummies. Our subsidiary operates five "Buheisaku" retail stores with attached cafes, providing a place for customers to pursue new deliciousness. Representative Products
