Founded in the late Meiji period, we brew sake using locally sourced ingredients from Tochigi Prefecture, where our brewery is located. Beyond sake, we also produce and sell a wide range of products including shochu and liqueurs. We manufacture many alcoholic beverages using a yeast strain called “Flower Yeast,” isolated and developed from natural flowers. We create and sell products designed to be enjoyable even for those new to drinking alcohol.

It is brewed with rice grown in Tochigi Prefecture and "natural strawberry flower yeast" sourced from strawberry flowers in Tochigi Prefecture. It is red in color, reminiscent of strawberries, and has a juicy flavor with just a hint of acidity.
It is recommended to drink chilled, straight or on the rocks, but it is also refreshing and easy to drink with carbonated water.We recommend that you enjoy it as an aperitif, or it can be paired with ice cream as an after meal dessert.

This liqueur is made from yogurt with a robust flavor produced in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, spirits produced by our brewery, and fresh yuzu juice harvested in Tochigi Prefecture and carefully squeezed by hand using equipment.
The sourness and richness of the yogurt and the refreshing sourness and aroma of the yuzu juice will fill your mouth. It is recommended to drink it well chilled, straight, on the rocks, or as a float with vanilla ice cream.
