The Jet Oven

The Jet Oven is a revolutionary cooking equipment, in which air is heated, pressurized, and propelled directly onto foods from above and below, heating them as they move along a conveyor.
Based on patented technology, fujimak delivered a mass-produced product that was a first for the food service industry in Japan.

By blowing powerful heated air over the food, it is possible to complete the cooking process quickly and without allowing flavor to escape. Foods are transported along a conveyor while hot air is propelled toward them from above and below, and this also provides a uniform cooked color.
With the arrival of the Jet Oven, it became possible to drastically shorten cooking times.
In order to respond to a diversity of cooking and facility needs, the heat source can be either electric or gas.

It can be prepared without using stabilizers or emulsifiers, and by pacotizing while frozen, it can be finished in under two minutes with optimal color, aroma, and smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Plating in this state is smooth and stress-free.

And it also helps reduce food waste.
You can crush only the required amount of frozen ingredients and return the remainder to the freezer for storage, preventing overproduction and reducing food waste while preserving the flavor and nutrients of premium ingredients.

The high-precision sensor at the bottom of the pan monitors the temperature by the second. The system allows for even heating and precise temperature control by one-degrees celsius.

■Automatic cooking
Select the food to be cooked or the cooking method, and set how well to cook the food, Vario then determines the volume/size of the food, and proceeds with automatic cooking.When boiling or frying, the unit automatically lifts the food up, freeing you up from watching the process.
