    It can be prepared without using stabilizers or emulsifiers, and by pacotizing while frozen, it can be finished in under two minutes with optimal color, aroma, and smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Plating in this state is smooth and stress-free.

    And it also helps reduce food waste.
    You can crush only the required amount of frozen ingredients and return the remainder to the freezer for storage, preventing overproduction and reducing food waste while preserving the flavor and nutrients of premium ingredients.
