The Economic Development Board (EDB) is the leading Government agency mandated to provide strong institutional support to promote Mauritius as an attractive investment and business centre, a competitive export platform as well as an International Financial Centre (IFC). The EDB is a corporate body set up under the Economic Development Board Act 2017 and operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance.

The EDB also acts as the main institution responsible for country branding for investment promotion, to facilitate both inward and outward investment and ensure a conducive business environment.

Exhibit Product Ferme Marine de Mahébourg (FMM) presents premium farmed marine fish from Mauritius, produced in a pristine lagoon naturally protected by coral reefs and constant oceanic water exchange. This unique environment ensures clean waters, stable conditions, and exceptional product consistency.

Our flagship species is red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus), carefully selected for its firm texture, balanced fat content, and clean, delicate taste. Thanks to controlled farming and strict quality standards, FMM delivers uniform sizing, excellent freshness, and reliable quality appreciated by professional chefs.
