The porridge is served cold. It contains extra natural protein from round wheat flakes (very high protein), other flakes, seeds and almonds and thus it provides extra energy if you are planning to go for a run, go to the gym or training in general. It is also perfect as a healthy snack during the day. It is a wholegrain product. Very easy to make - mix with e.g. almond milk or milk and put in the fridge overnight. When served you can add fresh fruit, nuts etc. Also very suitable in cafes, hotels, restaurants.
