The porridge is served cold and is excellent for breakfast or as a snack during the day. It is a wholegrain product. Very easy to make - mix with e.g. almond milk or milk and put in the fridge overnight. When served you can add fresh fruit, nuts etc. Also very suitable in cafes, hotels, restaurants.
