This freeze-dried natto is made from crushed Japanese soybeans. Unlike heat-dried natto, we use a freeze-drying method that preserves the natto's aroma and nutrients as much as possible.
The natto bacteria are live, and the natto threads gradually return to their original shape when exposed to moisture. While regular natto can only be stored in the refrigerator for about a week, freeze-drying allows us to extend its shelf life to 360 days. Enjoy the texture as a snack.
With your health in mind, we do not use any salt, sugar, or other seasonings.

This is 1kg of room-temperature tofu developed for those who use commercial tofu.
It produces little waste and is a very convenient size for cooking large quantities.
Made with unsweetened soy milk made from 100% domestic soybeans, it tastes great and allows you to consume all the nutrients from soybeans.
This product is made only from soybeans, water, and nigari (coagulant). No anti-foaming agents are used.
It has a shelf life of 180 days.
About 70% of tofu is water. Having this product on hand in an emergency allows you to consume both the nutrients and moisture of soybeans at the same time.
It can be stored at room temperature, making it an excellent product to keep as a reserve.
