This small, plump natto is made with Yukishizuka soybeans from Hokkaido. Made with soybeans specifically for natto, it's packed with the sweetness and umami of soybeans. It also has a nice sticky texture. The accompanying sauce is vegan-friendly and does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
