    This onion dressing uses Shimonaka onions from Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture, and enhances their flavor with black vinegar from Kagoshima Prefecture, organic soy sauce, and salt koji.
    The Shimonaka onions are peeled and processed in-store before being used in the dressing.
