Wallonia Export-Investment Agency (AWEX) is an agency of the Government of the Walloon Region of Belgium, with the objective of promoting trade and attracting foreign investment.
The Walloon Region is a French-speaking region in the south of Belgium, located in the heart of Europe, with a rich culture and traditions, and a variety of attractions as a place of innovation.

From Wallonia many companies participate in FOODEX every year, and in addition to waffles, beer, and chocolate, which are synonymous with Belgium, in recent years producers of gin and other hard liquors have also introduced their products. Please visit our pavilion and the tasteful Wallonia.
