Our company was established in Fukuoka Prefecture in February 2023 with funding from Jinkui Food Group Co., Ltd. (JINKUI), which operates a processed wasabi production factory in China. Jinkui Food Group's wasabi products are exported to 51 developed countries and regions, and are chosen by over 15,000 domestic and international shopping centers and supermarket chains, and over 28,000 high-end restaurants around the world. In addition to Japanese general trading companies, the company has strategic partnerships with over 200 internationally renowned food companies, and provides customization services to leading companies in China. We receive technical support for production from Jinkui Food Group, and Jinkui Food Group is our largest customer, with many of our products distributed through Jinkui Food Group's sales network.

This base for light pickles makes the most of the flavor of real wasabi. Simply mix it with seasonal vegetables to easily enjoy wasabi-flavored light pickles. This "Wasabi-flavored Light Pickle Base" is a blend of powdered real wasabi leaves, wasabi stems, salt, and original seasonings.
[How to Make] Slice your favorite vegetables, such as cucumber, radish, or carrot, and place them in a zipper bag. Add 6g of this product to 100g of vegetables and knead for about 30 seconds. Leave in the bag in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to create delicious wasabi-flavored light pickles.
