Made solely from soybeans, rice, barley and salt, it is matured using abundant rice koji,
resulting in a sweet-flavoured miso rich in koji aroma: “Four Seasons Fragrance Rice and Barley Blend Raw Miso”.
We propose novel uses beyond traditional methods – layering, rolling, sandwiching or wrapping.
Approximately 0.2mm thick, the sheets can be shaped as desired, expanding the possibilities for culinary design.
The uses are limitless – cut freely and harness this traditional Japanese seasoning.
