On this occasion, Mongolia will exhibit a Mongolian Pavilion at FOODEX JAPAN 2026 – International Food and Beverage Exhibition. This marks the third participation of Mongolia at FOODEX, and represents an important opportunity for Mongolian food manufacturing companies to expand into the Japanese and international markets.
The slogan of the Mongolian Pavilion is “PURE AND NATURAL.” The pavilion will showcase safe and high-quality foods unique to Mongolia, nurtured by its vast natural environment. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample various products, engage in business discussions, and participate in business matching with Mongolian food manufacturers.
A total of eight food-related companies are scheduled to exhibit in the Mongolian Pavilion. The exhibits will include a wide range of processed agricultural and food products, such as dried yogurt and other dairy-based sweets, chocolate, candies, and cookies, traditional beverages and vodka, as well as processed fruit and vegetable products, including sea buckthorn.

(1) 100% Natural, No Additives “Yak Milk”
TUGSBIO is a dairy product made from yak milk traditionally used in high-altitude regions of Mongolia. Yak milk is generally described as being higher in fat and protein than cow’s milk and as containing various vitamins and minerals. No flavorings or preservatives are used.
(2) Probiotics
(Measured in accordance with ISO 15214)
Testing conducted in compliance with ISO 15214 has confirmed approximately 1.3 billion lactic acid bacteria per gram. Japanese regulations define fermented milk as containing at least 10 million lactic acid bacteria per milliliter.
(3) Hygienic Production Management (HACCP Certified)
Manufacturing is conducted under HACCP-based hygiene management, with quality control applied from raw material intake to final production.
(4) Freeze-Drying Technology
Traditional yak milk yogurt is processed using freeze-drying to remove moisture, improving room-temperature stability and portability.
(5) Suitable for a Variety of Consumers
