Founded in 1902 as a Kyoto-based supplier of traditional Japanese confectionery ingredients, we operate a soybean-dedicated factory specializing in roasting, using only domestically grown Japanese soybeans.
Leveraging our roasting expertise and the natural umami of soybeans, we offer a range of roasted soybean products, including Soybean Coffee, Soybean Dashi, and Kinako.
We practice “mottainai” manufacturing by making full use of by-products, contributing to the SDGs.
FSSC 22000 certified.

Caffeine-Free Beverage Made from 100% Japanese Soybeans
This caffeine-free drink is made exclusively from 100% domestically grown Japanese soybeans. By carefully roasting the soybeans, we draw out their natural aroma and subtle sweetness, creating a rich, coffee-like flavor. It is also resistant to oxidation, offering excellent shelf stability.
In addition, the fine powder generated during the production of Soy Coffee is repurposed and commercialized as “Japanese Cocoa.” With the deep richness and roasted aroma unique to soybeans, it can be used as an alternative to cocoa powder in a wide range of applications, including confectionery, baked goods, and beverages.
We also offer Black Soybean Coffee, made from roasted Japanese black soybeans, allowing you to enjoy a flavor profile distinct from regular soybeans.
Available formats include convenient single-serve drip bags, a 300g size for home use, and a 1kg size ideal for cafés, restaurants, and professional kitchens.

All-Japanese Ingredient Dashi Pack
This dashi pack is made exclusively from carefully selected Japanese ingredients. Domestically grown soybeans are roasted in-house and blended with umami-rich log-grown shiitake mushrooms and kombu from Hokkaido.
Inspired by Kyoto’s traditional shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) and developed in collaboration with a dashi sommelier, it offers a gentle yet deep and refined flavor.
Completely plant-based and free from animal ingredients, it is ideal for vegan Japanese cuisine.
The ingredients can also be enjoyed after use, making this a sustainable and eco-friendly dashi pack.
Original packaging and small-lot OEM customization are available. Custom blends can be created through different ingredient combinations and roasting profiles.
