    All-Japanese Ingredient Dashi Pack

    This dashi pack is made exclusively from carefully selected Japanese ingredients. Domestically grown soybeans are roasted in-house and blended with umami-rich log-grown shiitake mushrooms and kombu from Hokkaido.

    Inspired by Kyoto’s traditional shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) and developed in collaboration with a dashi sommelier, it offers a gentle yet deep and refined flavor.

    Completely plant-based and free from animal ingredients, it is ideal for vegan Japanese cuisine.
    The ingredients can also be enjoyed after use, making this a sustainable and eco-friendly dashi pack.

    Original packaging and small-lot OEM customization are available. Custom blends can be created through different ingredient combinations and roasting profiles.
