We are using the first grade soybean "Fukuyutaka" of Fukuoka Prefecture. One grain of bean is a taste of umami and sweet taste, it is a crispy-like chestnut texture that looks just like it. Additive-free sauce with reduced salt content enhances the original taste of soybeans. Because the smell is modest, it is also recommended for people who are not good at natto.
