We are an exclusive miso producer founded in 1870. Our brick-walled miso brewing building, or so called ‘Namigura,’ is located along Yanagawa River, which is a famous sight-seeing spot for river cruise and a nationally-registered tangible cultural property. Miso is one of the very basic seasonings of ‘Japanese Food,’ a registered UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Since the foundation, we keep delicious taste for customers and also continue a challenge for better products and newer sales channels.

The refreshing yuzu flavor perfectly matches ingredients with simple taste. This sauce goes well with chopped squid and cucumber dressed with sauce, cooked and seasoned Japanese radish, white fish meat with carpaccio sauce, or deep-fried chicken. It can also be mixed in dressing sauce or yoghurt dip sauce. It is especially well-matched with sour seasoning.
