The refreshing yuzu flavor perfectly matches ingredients with simple taste. This sauce goes well with chopped squid and cucumber dressed with sauce, cooked and seasoned Japanese radish, white fish meat with carpaccio sauce, or deep-fried chicken. It can also be mixed in dressing sauce or yoghurt dip sauce. It is especially well-matched with sour seasoning.

We lavishly add yuzu peels and puree to barley miso with strong umami. This is a seasoning paste offering Japanese taste with a kick of refreshing yuzu scent and dried baby sardine.
