SINGS KOUT was founded in 1986, covering an area of 45000 square meters, and the meat establishment provides one-stop service from slaughtering, cutting to processing.
Over the years, SINGS KOUT has obtained various certifications, including the quality management system from the Metal Industry Research and Development Center, CAS (Certified Agricultural Standards, issued by Taiwan’s Ministry of Agriculture) Premium status for both slaughtering and processing, HACCP and the traceability system. With such high standards of hygiene control, SINGS KOUT became the first company in the world to successfully use refrigeration technology to export meat with the export turnover reaching NT$4 billion, which greatly improved the quality of Taiwan’s meat export. SINGS KOUT is also the only accredited meat product brand in Taiwan to export to both Japan and Singapore.

This product features sausages made from high-quality foreleg and hind leg meats mixed in a golden ratio as well as exclusively seasoned minced meat. Different from regular sausages, ours boast more than 60% meat content, wrapped in select bacon that is smoked specifically with beech wood to bring out the unique aroma and sweetness of pork, creating a multi-layered juicy texture. The product is a specially developed by SINGS KOUT, which has sold over ten million pieces at supermarket in Japan.

Pork foreleg meat and back fat combined with six kinds of high-grade sugars, red yeast rice, spices and natural carmine, and is processed at the controlled room temperature (below 10℃), humidity (below 50%) and meat temperature (below 2.5℃).
