We are exhibiting at FOODEX JAPAN with the aim of bringing authentic Mexican food culture to Japan as it truly is, and of building the foundation for Mexican food within the Japanese market.
Mexican foods, starting with tortillas, are everyday staples in many parts of the world, including North America, Central and South America, and Europe. In Japan, however, tacos are often perceived as American-style food, and the original flavors, ingredients, and cultural background of Mexican cuisine are not yet widely understood.
At our booth, we offer a place to experience “the real thing.” We introduce essential elements of the Mexican table—tortillas, tacos, and salsas—not as ethnic novelties, but as daily foods rooted in culture and tradition. Visitors can experience Mexican food as a global everyday cuisine through both taste and storytelling.
All products are made using ingredients imported from Mexico and are prepared to faithfully recreate how these foods are eaten locally.
Rather than adapting Mexican food culture, we aim to understand it correctly and share it authentically. We invite you to experience this first step at our booth.

La Taquiza de TACOS 3Hermanos
-
Target Sector
This product is designed for hotels and resorts, inbound-oriented buffet operations, breakfast and brunch concepts, izakaya and bar businesses, Mexican restaurants, fusion concepts, catering companies, food wholesalers, and trading firms.
In recent years, demand for authentic international cuisine has grown in Japan, driven by the increase in inbound tourism. However, there are still limited manufacturers capable of consistently supplying corn tortillas that match the quality found in Mexico.
In addition to our 10 cm taco-size tortillas for foodservice use—made in Japan using masa harina imported from Mexico—we also offer craft tortillas produced entirely in Japan starting from the nixtamalization process (lime-treated corn). These products faithfully reproduce the everyday quality of tortillas commonly enjoyed in Mexico.
With frozen distribution compatibility, nationwide delivery is available. The product is suitable for streamlined operations and high-turnover menu development. It is ideal for businesses seeking differentiation, such as launching new Mexican concepts, enhancing breakfast offerings, strengthening bar snack menus, or renewing menus at global brand hotels. -

・As a staple item in hotel breakfast buffets
・Tortilla-based dishes in brunch concepts

・Gluten-free menu options for inbound-oriented restaurants
・Large-scale service for catering, events, and festivals
・Multinational menu introductions in corporate and school cafeterias
・Vegan and vegetarian menu development
The 10 cm foodservice size allows for easy portion control and efficient cost and turnover management. The product is suitable for frozen storage, enabling operators to thaw and reheat only the required quantity, helping reduce food loss.
Soft and aromatic corn tortillas—commonly used daily in Mexico—can be utilized not only for tacos, but also for breakfast egg dishes, stews, meat accompaniments, and Japanese fusion cuisine. They serve as a versatile base ingredient for proposing a new staple food concept and developing differentiated menus in the Japanese market. -

Target Sector
This product is designed for import food distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery retailers, convenience stores, mass retailers, e-commerce operators, Mexican restaurants, izakaya and bar concepts, hotels, and catering businesses.
Based on a nationally popular hot sauce in Mexico—often described as “a bottle in every household”—Salsa de Yamita is a versatile mildly spicy sauce developed for the Japanese market. It introduces new consumption styles that are still emerging in Japan, such as adding hot sauce to snacks or combining chili with fresh fruit.
The sauce pairs well with snack foods, fried items, and alcoholic beverages, making it suitable for both retail and foodservice channels. Beyond Mexican restaurants, it can be introduced as a differentiation item in izakaya, fast-casual concepts, hotel breakfast buffets, and international food sections.
