Pomone owns apple orchards for more than 100 years, and has developped a pastry know-how on top of its apple expertise. Today Pomone is the european leader in chocolate lava cake and a reference in many fruits tarts.
We aim to produce locally, using fresh ingredients from France or from their best place of origin. There is no GMO, preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring, and we sustained high level of IFS and BRC certification for decades.
