We develop body-conscious edible candies and fermented seasonings by making use of ingredients from Uda, Nara Prefecture—known as a town of medicinal herbs—and the power of fermentation.
We offer three types of candy with a crisp, light texture, along with soy sauce koji and salt koji that are easy to use from seasoning to finishing.
All products are handcrafted and supervised and quality-controlled by a clinical laboratory technologist raised in Uda.
