We will be introducing freeze-dried vegetarian nyumen noodles that can be eaten in 3 minutes with boiling water (six months at room temperature), and glossy and chewy Yoshino kudzu mochi (100 days at room temperature). Samples of both will be available.

Exhibited products I want my children to eat it with confidence. Making somen noodles with this thought in mind, we prioritize reliable and trustworthy ingredients above all else. We are constantly searching for ways to make the noodles more delicious, thoroughly inspecting the machines that check the quality every day, keeping records just in case, and striving to maintain the utmost hygiene. When we receive an order for each and every one of our somen noodles made in this way, we feel very happy. It makes us feel very rewarded to make them. We will continue to cherish our original thoughts and strive to continue providing good food at reasonable prices, and hope to pass this on to the future.
