We are constantly searching for ways to make the noodles more delicious, thoroughly inspecting the machines that check the quality every day, keeping records just in case, and striving to maintain the utmost hygiene. When we receive an order for each and every one of our somen noodles made in this way, we feel very happy. It makes us feel very rewarded to make them.
