Our company is a fermented food manufacturing company founded in the 1940s by microbiology researcher Takashi Kondo. Located in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's snowiest regions, we are blessed with abundant nature and clean water, and we produce products that are fermented primarily from wild plants, as well as fresh vegetables and fruits, using beneficial microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, yeast, koji mold, etc.). We are committed to producing our products using carefully selected ingredients, traditional fermentation techniques, and handmade products.
