We sell indigo foods made with Awa indigo grown without pesticides in Tokushima, Shikoku. Our "indigo tea," made from roasted indigo leaves, is extremely rare and has become popular, with people saying, "It's so fragrant! You'll want to drink it again and again!"
Our herbal tea and cheese ragouts, made with indigo powder, have become hits, selling 1.1 million units in the four years since their release.
We create a variety of products using indigo dye, a rare form of precipitated indigo, even in Tokushima. These products are popular with inbound tourists. In particular, our company manages the "Ai no Yakata" indigo dyeing experience facility in Aizumicho, Tokushima, which welcomes over 3,000 inbound visitors annually.
