    Ninben was founded in 1699 and has continued for 326 years.
    Our company primarily sells seasoning soy sauces and Katsuobushi(dried bonito or skipjack tuna flakes), and has been preserving essential Dashi flavors for Japanese cuisine.
    EU Shirodashi is made with soy sauce and broth from EU-certified Katsuobushi, kelp, and dried Shiitake mushrooms.
    No MSG or liquid extracts are added, allowing you to enjoy natural UMAMI flavor.
    In addition, the Shirodashi category has been steadily growing year by year in Japan.
    We also have an 1800ml size, so it can be used for restaurants.
