    This unique spread blends almond and cashew nut butters with “Katsuodembu”—a traditional simmered topping made from high-quality bonito flakes, soy sauce, and beet sugar—bringing out the signature umami and roasted aroma of Japanese cuisine.

    Fermented ingredients such as soy sauce koji and shio-koji powder add depth and complexity, while the gentle sweetness of beet sugar creates a well-balanced, mellow finish. A hint of shichimi chili pepper provides a subtle, pleasant kick.
