| Exhibited products | NIKI Hills Winery was founded in 2014. The winery strives to create world-class wines that are attributed to the region's rich natural environment and terroir. The 33-hectare site includes a vineyard, winery, restaurant, and accommodations. Through wine and a space where visitors can experience nature with all five senses, the winery aims to promote and revitalize the region. The winery articulates honest winemaking rooted in the characteristics of the region, to express the essence of Niki Town. The growers and winemakers bring out each other's strengths and engage in daily discussions, aiming to deliver lasting impressions and produce Niki wines. To bring out the vibrant flavor of the grapes, the grapes are pressed immediately after harvest while still fresh. Without compromise, the winery creates wines that perfectly capture the distinct flavors of Hokkaido, tailored to each variety. |
