We offer NIKI Hills Winery's flagship wines, "HATSUYUKI" and "NEIRO," which have been produced since the first vintage in 2015, as well as three new vintage red wines to be released on March 1, 2026, and "Chardonnay 2024," scheduled for release in April. The Pino Noir and Chardonnay were particularly popular, with the 2023 wine selling out immediately after its release.
The 2024 vintage has been blessed with good weather and the grapes are of good quality, so all of the wines have great potential.

The 33-hectare site includes a vineyard, winery, restaurant, and accommodations. Through wine and a space where visitors can experience nature with all five senses, the winery aims to promote and revitalize the region. The winery articulates honest winemaking rooted in the characteristics of the region, to express the essence of Niki Town. The growers and winemakers bring out each other's strengths and engage in daily discussions, aiming to deliver lasting impressions and produce Niki wines. To bring out the vibrant flavor of the grapes, the grapes are pressed immediately after harvest while still fresh. Without compromise, the winery creates wines that perfectly capture the distinct flavors of Hokkaido, tailored to each variety. |
