Kikunotsukasa Shinboshi is a junmai ginjo sake characterized by a crisp, upright aroma reminiscent of melon and strawberry, complemented by a fresh, fruity undertone. Crafted using Iwate Prefecture's sake rice “Ginotome,” it undergoes careful low-temperature fermentation with a blend of multiple yeast strains. The unpasteurized base sake, at 14% alcohol by volume, is bottled after pasteurization, resulting in a smooth drinking experience.
