    A richly flavored tomato purée, carefully strained to capture the full essence of the tomato. Suitable for a wide range of culinary applications.

    Production Method:
    • Made using the Fine-Cut Tomato Method (patented process). Unlike conventional methods, this process does not involve pre-heating or peeling, allowing the tomato’s natural umami to be preserved while its components are carefully separated.

    Flavor:
    • The tomato’s natural sweetness. When tasted straight from the can, it delivers a fresh, raw-tomato flavor.

    No Additives:
    • No citric acid added, which is commonly used as a source of acidity.

    Tomato Variety:
    • Rotondo di Parma, a variety grown in the heart of Parma, Italy, where the warm climate and fertile soil provide ideal conditions for tomato cultivation.
    • This variety has been carefully selected and refined for over a century on Mutti’s own farms, becoming a living symbol of tradition, excellence, and heritage.
    • With its luxuriously thick flesh and perfectly balanced juiciness, Rotondo di Parma offers both richness and texture.
    • It retains a vibrant red color even after cooking and delivers a consistently satisfying mouthfeel with every bite.
