Production Method:
• Made using the Fine-Cut Tomato Method (patented process). Unlike conventional methods, this process does not involve pre-heating or peeling, allowing the tomato’s natural umami to be preserved while its components are carefully separated.
Flavor:
• The tomato’s natural sweetness. When tasted straight from the can, it delivers a fresh, raw-tomato flavor.
No Additives:
• No citric acid added, which is commonly used as a source of acidity.

• Rotondo di Parma, a variety grown in the heart of Parma, Italy, where the warm climate and fertile soil provide ideal conditions for tomato cultivation.
