This popular, all-purpose seasoning was originally created as a staff meal for a black vinegar restaurant. It's made with organic black vinegar "Kashida" aged for over three years, plus onions, rice koji, black fermented black beans, raw sugar, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers. The mellow aroma and mellow flavor of the black vinegar make it an excellent match for a variety of dishes. Enjoy it with rice, mixed into sauces for grilled meat or dumplings, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables. All products are made by hand, carefully crafted to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
