This is beef from crossbred cattle in the Tokushima Mitsuboshi Beef program, certified by the Governor of Tokushima Prefecture. Each animal is individually confirmed to have been raised on a farm with JGAP livestock certification, shipped after at least 25 months, and graded at quality level 3 or higher.
