Daifuku is a traditional Japanese sweet—literally means “Great Luck.” It consists of a small, round mochi filled with a sweet center, most commonly anko, a sweetened red bean paste made from azuki beans. Our smooth and chunky red bean paste is made in-house at our head factory, ensuring consistent quality and authentic taste. We offer a variety of daifuku such as
【Mame Daifuku】
Soft mochi filled with red bean paste and mixed with lightly salted red beans for added texture and flavor.

【Kusa Daifuku】
also known as Mugwort Daifuku. which is a green mochi filled with sweet red bean paste, its known for its aromatic flavor whiich pairs well with the sweet taste of the red bean filling.

【Shiro Daifuku】
also knwon as White Daifuku. A simple and elegant Daifuku with plain white mochi that highlights the sweetness of the filling/ it features a soft and chewy mochi exterior enveloping a sweet red bean paste filling.

【Mizu Daifuku】
Mizu means water suggesting that is a cold sweet. Light and refreshing, with a more jelly or gummy-like texture that makes it perfect for summer.

【Zunda Daifuku】
A unique variation filled with sweetened edamame paste, offering a fresh and nutty flavor.
