    We use seasonal fish caught at the local Meitsu Port.
    We use white fish caught in season at its most delicious, luxuriously marinated in a sauce made from homemade soy sauce koji and homemade amazake (sweet sake) , then serve it as teriyaki.
    What's more, the enzymes in the koji tenderize the meat and improve the intestinal environment, leading to "intestinal activity."
    Since it's pre-cooked, it only requires heating in the microwave, and since it's bite-sized, it can also be used as a side dish for your lunch box.
    Amazake (sweet sake) does not contain alcohol, so it's safe for children to eat.
