The distillery’s core products are sweet potato liquors made from locally grown Taiwanese sweet potatoes. Guided by the philosophy of “cherishing resources,” HC Distillery uses sweet potato distilled liquors as a base and blends them with “exceptional” seasonal Taiwanese fruits to develop fruit-infused liquors and oak barrel–aged sweet potato liquors.
