Using Taiwan-grown Tainung No. 57 sweet potatoes with yellow skin and flesh, the distillery selects and blends the first distillation cut, without dilution. The spirit is rich in oils, bold yet smooth, pure and clean, with a lingering finish of floral and fruity aromas.

The distillery’s core products are sweet potato liquors made from locally grown Taiwanese sweet potatoes. Guided by the philosophy of “cherishing resources,” HC Distillery uses sweet potato distilled liquors as a base and blends them with “exceptional” seasonal Taiwanese fruits to develop fruit-infused liquors and oak barrel–aged sweet potato liquors. |
