Made using pineapple cores—which are normally discarded—softened and coated in 37% cacao sustainable white chocolate with a mild sweetness.
■Banana No‑Waste Chocolate – Sustainable Banana
Uses bananas that are perfectly edible but usually discarded for not meeting size or appearance standards.
Crunchy banana pieces are coated in chocolate for a delightful texture contrast.
