This fukujinzuke features the rich sweetness, depth, and subtle roasted aroma of brown sugar. It is made exclusively with domestically grown vegetables and contains no major allergens (the top eight specified in Japan), preservatives, artificial colors, or flavor additives. Designed to be enjoyed by the whole family, it offers a shelf life of 365 days at room temperature. While it is a classic topping for Japanese curry, it is also delicious simply served alongside steamed rice.
