    A One-of-a-Kind Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Born from the Desert

    In southern Spain’s Andalusia lies Europe’s only desert, the Tabernas Desert. Campos de Uleila is a family-run olive oil project born from a childhood dream of making the desert bloom. The area offers over 3,000 hours of sunshine, stable temperatures, Mediterranean breezes, and a rich ecosystem.

    In this environment, Campos de Uleila cultivates 100% organically grown olives and produces aromatic extra virgin olive oil from early-harvest green olives. The fully certified organic estate manages all processes in-house, from cultivation to bottling. Olives are harvested in early October and cold-extracted using advanced sealed protoreactor technology, resulting in fresh oil with 0.1% acidity, low oxidation, and high polyphenol content.

    The groves coexist with almonds, wild grapes, herbs, and native wildlife. In collaboration with Olive Alive, the project supports biodiversity and sustainable agriculture. With its unique origin and rich flavor, the oil is valued by hotels, restaurants, and premium retailers and suits both delicate and bold cuisine.
