    100% Yamadanishiki produced in Mie Prefecture is used. Water from the Suzuka mountain range is used, and combined with the craftsmanship of low-temperature, long-term cold brewing, the result is “Mie-no-Kanbai” top-quality sake. It has won gold medals at the National New Sake Competition six consecutive times in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2007, and 2008. It won the Platinum Award at Sake-China 2020, an overseas sake competition. You can enjoy its fruity and elegant aroma and clean taste.
