    It is dried fish made by removing the bones you care about.This dried fish is seasoned only with natural salt.Additives etc. are not used at all..Since it is baked moderately by sticking bamboo skewers, it is a new type of dried fish that can be eaten as it is after taking it out of the bag.Since it is retorted, it can be stored at normal temperature.
